Migraine Action is part of an Alliance of thirty charities campaigning on behalf of children and young people with health conditions. The Alliance wants to make sure all children can reach their full potential at school.
One of the first events held by the Alliance was a 'Question Time' event which took place on 27th October at the House of Commons.
Two children with migraine joined Migraine Action and around 40 other children with different health conditions for the event. They had the chance to tell MPs and people who set guidelines for schools about the problems they have experienced at school because of their condition.
We hope they will now understand more about the issues that children with migraine can face and offer more support to children in the future.
Thank you to Sarah (15 years old) and Katie (13 years old) and their mums who talked about their experiences at the event.
