If you may be willing to take part in Migraine Action's new 'Me and my migraine survey' please get in touch to let us know.

This survey will help us to learn lots about your migraine and experiences and will be available soon (you will be able to complete a copy online or we can send you a copy).

We want to use the results to help educate doctors and the public about migraine in children - but we need your help!
