The Migraine Action 'Migraine Heroes Healthcare Awards' are now open for nominations!
Would you like to say thank you to your 'hero' for the help or support they have given to you for your migraine?
Migraine Action is a now accepting nominations for the 2010 'Migraine Heroes Healthcare Awards'. These awards aim to recognise special individuals and teams who have helped you with your migraine.
The 'Young Migraineur Star Award 2010' category enables children and young people (aged under 18 years on 18th June 2010) to nominate an individual, group or team they'd like to thank.
All you have to do to place a nomination is to fill in a form and return it to us by 18th June.
Winners are presented with special trophies and vouchers at an awards lunch.
